Dr. Donna Czarnecki received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Mediplex-Rehab, through the Institute for Brain Injury Research and Training in Camden, New Jersey. Upon her return to Buffalo, she conducted grant-supported research on the neuropsychological effects of alcohol and cocaine abuse at the research Institute on Addictions.

Currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine (Vol.) at SUNY/Buffalo, Dr. Czarnecki is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with the Dent Neurologic Group, and is a faculty member of the University at Buffalo Neuropsychology Residency Program.

Her areas of clinical specialization include differential diagnosis of dementias and traumatic brain injury. She has published and presented in the areas of tests and measurement, alcohol and neuropsychology.
